In 2001 I used a bowl, but since then I've just been using my metal cup. It's from Wally World, weights 3 oz. and holds 1 cup. I can cook in it, heat hot drinks in it and eat out of it.
   
  The Snow Peak titaniums weigh 1 oz. and cost approx $30. Let's see, that's 2 oz lighter and $28 dollars more expensive. Wow those are two very expensive ounces.
