Re: [Philmont]: Eliminating disharmony

What amazing advisors to let the crew chief and crew sort out their
differences. Congrats to you for having the patience and ability to let the
boys actually lead. Ten years ago, my advisors had a similar approach, and
I am thankful to that to this day. Props to ya'll.
