Superfeet, REI, is more, service at a store sales tax. Use store locator, I don't know where you are.
http://www.rei.com/online/store/Search?vcat=REI_SEARCH&stat=7889&langId=-1&storeId=8000&query=superfeet&x=0&y=0

Campmor,

Campmor is less, shipping and no sales tax.

  Subject: [Philmont]: Shoe Liners

We did a shakedown this weekend and I found that my toes seemed to be hurting more than usual. I use gel inserts for my heels and they have helped a lot, purchased at Wal Mart.

Do any of you have any that are full inserts that you have found helpful? I can just as easily got a complete shoe at Wal Mart, but wanted to ask

  Uncle Cletus
