RE: [Philmont]: Shoe Liners

I was reluctant at first to try glucosamin condroiten tablet for my bad
knees, torn cartilage and snapped ACLs in both knees. But I tried them
several years ago at the insistence of a close friend and am I glad I
did. I used to be in constant pain and frequently took Aleve to manage
the pain. Now I rarely ever have to take anything for pain in my knees.
And yes, I complete the trek with no knee problems (lots of hours on the
Stairmaster to build up supporting muscles). But I did manage to sprain
my ankle and my puppies were yapping (feet hurt) all the way home. I
should have tried superfeet!

I just got back from a shakedown weekend with the superfeet green, which
the store said was the one to use with Goretex lined shoes. I used them
for several times in the week prior, just like the box said, to break
them in, and my feet definitely felt better at the end of both days! My
knees, now that's another story!!!
