Patching around the nozzle may be difficult. I had a problem with my ThermaRest and I contacted Cascade Designs, its manufacturer, and they sent me a second (minor blemish) from the factory. I would give them a call at 800-531-9531 or email them at consumer@cascadedesigns.com.
