[philmont] Philmont fee

My troop treasurer just asked me a question I don't know how to answer.

the Philmont Expedition advance fee transmittal form (INVOICE)
states at the top
7 participatns @ $540 = $3780 1 crew

below the balance due it states

"We are adding ______ participants at $295 (max of 5)"

my question, I thought all crew members paid $540 per person for 2007. The
invoice makes it look like the ones you add after 7 only pay $295 per
person. The troop treasurer wondered why we were collecting so much extra
money from crew members.

I told him I'd call Betty on MON, but thought I'd ask this group. If you
have an INVOICE, take a look and help me with this one. thanks
