Th 'Burro Issue' is the primary reason that phil search has a 'prohibited'
category and a composite feature called 'burros', although I personally
think burros fall into that category of uniqueness that is Philmont. Look
at the Burro photos, both packing & racing, looks like the kids are having a
hoot.

No. See bold and caps on page 12 - MUST TAKE THE BURRO. Third year for
that policy. Not many saw it the first time around when making their trek
selections, and weren't too happy in Logistics when they learned of it...
