[philmont] Bus fee from Amtrak to camp

 
Bus Fee $$$ from Amtrak Raton to Philmont.
I see there is a $30.00 fee to be picked up by the Philmont bus at Raton..
I do not remember this fee in prior years. Is this new and $30.00 per person???
I am leading 30 members so this equates to $900.00 - a big expense in our budget.
