[philmont] Red Jac shirt

 
  Greetings,
 I was given a Red wool Jac-Shirt and am looking for the proper insignia to put on it.
 
Do I put our council patch on the shoulder along with troop numbers?
Does anyone have the correct emblems and placements for this??
