[philmont] red jac shirt

Bill Notes:
I'm not a slave to the insignia guide, but I'm not in the patch blanket camp
either. I wear two bulls because I went to the Ranch twice as a youth. It
would look ridicuous if I put one for each adult trip. Two doesn't look too
bad.
 
I wear two backpatches, the 1969 Jamboree and the Order of the Arrow of the
same vintage, because when I earned those patches, the insignia guide
allowed two. Now it's just one, but I say "too bad".
