[philmont] 2007 Itinerary Summary (with Comparison to 06)

A very high level, one page, 07 Expedition Itinerary summary (with
comparison to 06) is now posted at http://www.troop116.org/philmont.
Scroll down the page to item #10. This is just a high level summary of key
features for each itinerary, not much detail, but might be helpful as an
overview or starting reference.

Hope to get Itinerary Cross Ref for last 5 years (item #11) updated soon,
for those who like that reference format. Is several days away, though.
