[philmont] Bus from Raton

Maybe I missed understood,

I thought I read a post that stated crews now had to pay for the bus into
Cimarron. If is runs from PTC that is ok. Paying is ok too.

I guess I'll call to make sure. I have already talked about getting Pizza
in town with my crew
