[philmont] Travel Question for Council HA Chairs

I ran into a new one - Our group travel for NT will be with an Airline that only accepts credit cards for group travel ... Up until now the airlines we've done business would accept a council check, and I'm told by our SE and Council President that it is against BSA policy for a council to have a credit card with an exception allowed for gas cards. So the question, has any other council HA guy or gal on this list been in this position and if so how did you deal with it. It appears that the only way out will be for a volunteer, probably the Council President or I to use a personal card and get re-embursed from council, however that has its own set of issues.
