Use your own personal credit card, and get reimursed, preferably prior to
the payment due date. Make sure to use a credit card that "gives" you
something, e.g., cash back or airline points or ....

Last year, my council contingent got an "on-line deal" for airfare. No
question, had to pay by credit card. The Asst. Scout Exec offered his, but
I used mine. The contingent owed me quite a bit of money by the time things
were all said and done.
