[philmont] Coffee

Good morning.

I took coffee in both 2003 and 2006. I used Folgers Singles both times,
which I brought from home. In 2006, another advisor and I shared a JetBoil
to heat water. We brought 2 fuel cartridges. The JetBoil did not add much
weight and it heats water fast. The coffee did not cause any problems.
