[philmont] Trek Re-assignment

Call Philmont now and ask. If the desired trek has already been assigned to
another crew then you are out of luck. If it hasn't been assigned they will
probably work with you. Don't worry about precedence. Call and ask.

One of our crews had a misunderstanding between the crew leader and an
advisor on which treks were selected by the crew when the trek selection
card was sent in. Is there any precedence to beg for mercy and get
re-assigned after your trek has been confirmed?
