[philmont] Little guys are Scouts also

All this discussion really makes one proud to be part of such a great
organization.
It's not just the little guy, it's the rest of the crew growing, maturing,
and accepting each other as they are, for what they are, youth or adult.
 
For me it almost always comes back to the 2nd phrase of the scout Oath:
 
On my honor, I WILL DO MY BEST........................
