[philmont] Coffee

Hey Y'all

You're laughing about taking the coffee straight from the package, but
back in the day... when I was in the 82nd Airborne, we would use the
C-rat/MRE coffee as dip to help stay awake on night patrols and
perimeter duty. Pretty effective too I might add. <VBG>
