[philmont] PhilSearch sign-in problems

I'm aware of a problem signing in when the Userid has a leading space. This
is, obviously, a logic error in the registration logic that I have not
corrected yet but I have made a quick pass through the database correcting
the userids to eliminate the leading space. I'll correct the logic later
today (I hope).

Sorry for any frustration this may have caused.
