[philmont] National Advanced Youth Leadership Experience (NAYLE)

NAYLE is a youth leader training session. It is for Scouts who have completed Troop Leader Training (TLT or the old JLT) and Council NYLT training.
It is not for adult training.

My son attended NAYLE last year and will be staffing this year.
He said it is a great experience. Leadership training where your classroom is the outdoors of Philmont.

It can't get any better than that!
