[philmont] International Conference

Colleagues,

If anyone has attended the International Conference at Philmont training
Centre usually held every two years, would they please let me know what it
is like and what is involved.

Also, if someone was travelling from the East coast, what would be the
nearest airport to the Training Centre be and suggestions of how to travel
from that airport to the Centre.
