I was serving on a Woodbadge course in Dquincy, Louisiana this weekend. One
of the participants came up and we began to visit about Philmont. He asked
if I had heard of this list, and I said yes. His name is Jack Bolinger, and
I have read several emails from him in the past. You never know who you will
run into, as the list affects people from all over.
