This time around we are trying to work in the hours BEFORE we go, so when the trek is over, we will have completed the requirements for the award.
Just and idea to work into the program.

What has worked well with us is that we incorporate the hours into the shaledowns. Usually 1 to 1-1/2 hours out two hours conservation and back. That makes it a full day on the trail and in cons. Five of these and ypu're done on both accounts. you cvan adjust the math and knock it out in fewer days. Like Fred says, after trek is darned near impossible. Has been for eons. It's nothing new.
