[philmont] Hiking Boots

The "Hi-Tech" brand has had good reviews and seem to hold up reasonably well. I've gotten them
for me sons for years, but they've not worn them on an extended wilderness hiking trek. So I'm
not sure about use at Philmont.

Dunham Boots was recently purchased by New Balance and their boots seem well constructed and
reasonably priced.
