[philmont] Wilderness First Aid

I called Betty at philmont office in NM and she told me directly that I was
exempt. I am going to take the class anyway and have arranged to become an
instructer. then I plan to teach the course to the members of my crew in 2
hour increments over several weeks to make the experience a bit easier for
the teenagers ( and other non medical adults)
