As you have read, or will read,?there are?lots of variables involved in answering?your question.
However, if you add up the mileage of all 35 treks,?from the 2007 treks book,?you get 2,372 miles, divide by 35 treks = 67.78 miles, divide by 11 days on-the-trail = 6.17 miles.
Now that is about as "down-n-dirty" as you can get.
