[philmont] PhilSearch - Your opportunity to give back

Every year I take great pride and get great satisifaction with the use
PhilSearch gets and the value is appearently provides. I don't get alot of
feedback and few complaints these days but I can tell it gets a workout.
Looks like we weathered 2008 Trek Selection pretty well, our daily hits are
up 3x over a month ago, 10x over December but we held it together pretty
well.

There are two things I'm going to ask for today in return.

1. I need pictures, specificlly wildlife - an Eagle at the ranch would be
awesome.
I'd like a bunch of photos of crews in the rain. Not alot of rain
pictures out there, but there has to be some.

2. I need pictures, lots of them. We only have 1500, I'd like another
1000 or more. It would be great if they filled the gaps. I've got to
believe that all the shots we need are out there, in any event I'm certain
that 2008 crews can fill all the gaps.

You can find the gaps by visiting the photo album and clicking on the link
there. I've put the current list at the bottom of this message and I do
have a few in the backlog that will cover some of these, but more is better.

Once you know your itinerary go to the trek summary and click on the camera
with the red line through it, it will give you a list of needed shots by
day.

Don't make me disown my Ranger son, he is going to have to get all the shots
you don't ... don't let that happen.

I can take them in email or snail mail. If you send photos please include
the Photographers name, location where the photo was taken, Troop #
(including city & state), trek #, expedition number and year so I can
include proper photo credit. send them raw, or at least 1024x768.

Thanks for all you do
