Jesus America! No disrespect intended or made on the day after He died and the day before he arose.

The "tips" on sausage and jambalaya are so nauseating, I've got to get off this email RIGHT NOW and get over to Larrys Cajun Cafeteria and local watering hjole. It's Saturday night and I'll get a big bowl of REAL jambalayah and about 15 pounds of hot steaming boiled crawfish to clear my sinuses.

If I'm up to it, later I'll try to help you out. For the time being, it's Andoulle and long grain rice. That's all, Summer Sausage can't make jambalaya, only summer sausage and rive, a watered down Yankee imitation of real food.

  But each to his own.
