Many new parents use these after diaper changes, often also under less
than ideal situations, and if it's good enough for that, it's certainly
good enough for Philmont.
 
FWIW, we bring several travel-packs of anti-bacterial "Wet-Ones", for
use by our cooks only. This offers a chance to get some of the grime
off and well as sterilizing.
