High 5 in Katy, Texas has done ours. In 99, they were real CoolMax. In
01, they were Wickers. Both worked fine, according to our crews, and
High 5 did a great job on them. They've held up quite well, too, both
the shirt and the logo we had printed on them.

As far as I know, High 5 doesn't have a website, but I guess you could
call them if you can't find anything in your area. I believe they did
just a regular silk screen process on them.
