My daughter has done Mountain Trek twice. These treks last from Sunday
afternoon until Saturday morning. Both times she put in a brand new pair of
disposable contacts as they were prepping to leave and left them in
continuously until they returned. Then they were trashed. She had no
problems with a week.
However, this summer she is doing an 11 day trek and is reviewing her
options.
