Jim Arthur asks....

How does everyone interpret requirement 3 for the 50 mile? "During the time
on the trail or waterway, complete a minim of ten hours each of group work
on projects to improve the trail" Do you read this as 10 hours for the
group example - 10 persons working 1 hour equals 10 hours or 10 hours per
person?

Answer -

No interpretation necessary - ten hours EACH means ten hours per person.
Your Conservation project at Philmont will satisfy three (3) of those hours
per person. Each person will need seven more either at Philmont or home to
complete the requirement for the 50 mile award.
