The name of the Air force Base in Wichita Falls is Sheppard Air force Base.
I do not know their policy of allowing Scouts into their facilities, you
will need to make a Phone Call to them.
I spent some time at Sheppard AFB a few years (5) ago, while I was there I
went on a canoe trip down the Brazos River near Fort Worth. We met a scout
group canoeing down the river to their scout camp. I believe the camps name
was the Worth Ranch. Again a call to the Fort Worth and or Wichita Falls
councils might get you more accurate information.
