If you want another idea, we have used the travel (collapseable) pet
water/food dishes, new of course, for bathing purposes. they work well,
are wider than a milk cartoon and fold flat.

Has anybody tried using a gallon size plastic zip-lock bag for this
purpose? We have family/friends in both the Army and Marines in Iraq and
that's what they used them for. Just wondering....

Yes. This method works fine. At our Patriots' Path Council training
weekend for our Philmont crews, we demonstrate it and call it the
"Philmont Washing Machine."
