[Philmont]: Expedition Number components?

What makes up the Expedition Number?

The reason I ask is we have been told our expedition number is 725-0, however
all the forms have 3 blocks on them for the expedition number. Is the 3rd box
for our unit (troop) number? We have two crews, one going on trek 28 and the
other on trek 32. How does this fit in to the expedition number, or does it?
