Unless Philmont's numbering system has changed for 2003, with two crews,
the expedition numbers for your two crews should be 725-O-1 and 725-O-2.
The number that Philmont has assigned for each crew should be on the
financial statements that Philmont sent to your expedition contact person.

The "725" indicates that your arrival date (first day at Philmont) is July
25. The "O" is an indicator of the sequence in which Philmont received your
very first fee payment (the $50 per crew member deposits). In other words,
an "A" would have been assigned to the first "725" expedition whose
deposit payment they received. The second one would be "B" and so on.
The "1" or "2" is an indicator of the number of crews in your expedition.

On the "Expedition Crew Roster", you will list 725-O-1 (or 725-O-2) as the
Expedition #. There is also a blank line to list your Itinerary #.
That's where the 28 or 32 will go. The Unit # line is where you list the
troop #. You supply the same information on the "Talent Release-Expedition
Crew Roster" form. The "2003 Health and Medical Record" form calls for
the Expedition # and Unit # but doesn't call for the Itinerary #.
