Start right now doing some team building with the crew. If you don't know
how to do that, find someone who does. Many work places have professional
trainers that teach team building.
And I would add -
Or take the new Wood Badge for the 21st Century.
There is strong emphasis on team building throughout the entire Wood Badge
process.
Several of the sessions the first weekend deal with High Performance Teams -
Clips from the movie, "Remember the Titans" are used to bring home the
points.
See if your council is offering a course this Fall (or spring or whenever)
Then work in your Philmont shakedowns and Trek as part of your ticket!!
I am on staff for Southern NJ Council's course -
My first experience with Wood Badge (always two words!!) for the 21st
Century and I am learning a lot!!
