[Philmont]: Where Spirits Soar

This book is often offered by professional Scout traders (that is, in
their catalogs), so far for reasonable prices. That will likely change
if they find out it's out of print, but I would guess there's a window
of opportunity for those who are really interested in getting a copy
without having to take out a second mortgage. "FWIW".
