I'll tell you what happened to our Troop back in 2001 on the way to Ben
Delatour Scout Camp when we visited Pike's Peak.

We were planning on paying the carload price. I forget what it was, but I
believe it was $20-30. Steep, but cheaper than the per head price.

The attendant saw our caravan of 7 vehicles and our SCOUT UNIFORMS
and asked me, since we were the lead vehicle, how many vehicles were in our
contingent. I told him and he just charged us the RV price (I think it was
$35) for the whole bunch of us!

Talk about getting off cheap. Not saying you will be this lucky, but it
saved us a chunk of change.

Who says wearing your uniform doesn't have fringe benefits?!

If I recall correctly, admission to Pikes Peak is very pricey. It was
either $10 or $20 per person. We were planning to do it, but had not
anticipated the cost.
