RE: [Philmont]: Subject: medical exam forms

I wish I could figure out what is up with the sacred Philmont medical forms.
Each year I work with our Council contingents of which we send 16 crews to
Philmont and each year we ask for some extra medical forms and we get only
the exact number allotted and sometimes they short us. Then there is the
general opinion that Philmont does not like Photostat copies of their form
unless they include all pages.

If the form is so important they need to make sure they are available at
every Council office and even a downloadable one would be nice!
