I think that changing the weight charts goes beyond the Oath and Law. They
are putting their own crew in jeopardy by increasing the chance of having
an advisor being left off of the trail, or even worse, being incapacitated
mid-trek. Anyone who would put scouts at risk by their own fraud should
not be in this program.

That might be a strong statement, but that is the way that I feel.
