I echo - unbelievable!

But I thought that was one of the main purposes of PDF files, you couldn't
alter them. Thought there was a way to protect them to avoid any such
shenanigans. I know the OA has some pubs in PDF form on the National OA
site that you cannot even select, copy and paste to another doc. If this
level of security is possible, why can't Philmont or PSA publish online
forms in a secure way such as this? Sure would be convenient. This may be
getting slightly off topic for this List and I don't mean to get into an
Acrobat PDF technical discussion.
