To think someone would knowingly put themselves in the position of possibly
being bear chum because they "just had to go to Philmont," rather than acting
responsibly and getting rid of the extra tonnage they are dragging around
daily....
What a "fine example" to the boys in their charge of several points of the
Scout Law (not).
