I have several annual versions of the "official" Philmont medical form
going back as far as 1995. I'm looking at 1997 and 2003 forms and the
weight limits are the same on both forms.
By the way, the letter sent to 2003 Advisors states that, during the
summer of 2002, 21 Advisors and 7 youth participants were not allowed on
the trail because they did not meet the height/weight requirements.
