[Philmont]: Hand washing

I just finished reading How to Shit in the Woods. My sister sent it to
me for my birthday thinking it might be useful for Philmont. While we
will have it a bit easier than some of the folks in the book like rock
climbers and sea kayakers, it got me to thinking. What is the "Philmont
Way" of washing your hands after doing your thing in the woods or
latrine or wherever?

Use water and Campsuds right on the trail or just wipe your hands with a
wet soapy bandanna? Should we bring Purel? Couldn't find any reference
to this in Coop and Wally's guide. I for one want to make sure all our
boys, and especially the cooks, wash properly when needed. And I want
them to practice the right way on our next training trek.
