In 2001 coffee was the powdered instant variety (regular or decaf)in individual serving packets. The coffee/creamers/sugar etc were on a table at the advisors meeting and you just took what you thought you needed. All of this went in a bear bag with the other food. You might want to bring an extra ziplock to keep these things together.
