We have used UPS and FedEx to ship stoves, fuel bottles and food for Scout and personal backpacking trips and have had excellent results with both. We put all the return labels in the boxes so when we are ready to ship them home its all set except for taping the boxes shut. For Philmont shipping right to the ranch is great, for other locations we find a Fedex at the airport that has saturday hours and ship to them with 'Hold for pick up'.

I have heard UPS is the best. Is there any preparation required or do we
just make sure all the fuel is burned out of them? Do the bottles need to be
new?
