We shipped "round trip" using UPS in 2003. In our case, our shipment went
via the company of one of our scout's parents. Philmont post office receiving
people did not have much to do with our shipment other than to accept the
cartons over the counter. Just be sure to confirm they understand the shipping
label before you leave!
Suggest you deal directly with one of the major shippers rather than a UPS
Store, Mailboxes, Kinkos/FedEx, etc. Those folks have significant markups on
the "standard" rates you will find via Internet web sites of those same shippers.
