Not sure what you mean about being stuck with "Philmont's selected shipper,"
rather than UPS. Most stuff going out of Philmont goes by UPS. It
sometimes does take a little longer than you might expect, as Cimarron is
off the beaten path. Having a return label would probably save you time at
the Philmont post office, though.
