In a note you wrote concerning tent stakes, you mentioned a council Philmont
training weekend (for 18 crews!) that had "sessions of the camp setup
portion", which implies that your council had a training syllabus for the
weekend. If so, could you share that training syllabus with the group?

Does anyone else have a weekend training syllabus they could share?
